Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope & Proposals

UdyogNext provides software development, website development, mobile application engineering, and related IT consulting services as defined in individual project proposals or website package tiers. Any expansion of scope beyond the agreed proposal will be subject to written amendment.

2. Payment Milestones & Deliverables

Standard website packages (₹5,000, ₹8,000, ₹15,000) are initiated with an advance deposit as specified in the quotation, with the remainder payable upon successful demo approval and prior to production domain cutover.

Custom software development and SaaS MVP contracts are billed across milestone sprints (Architecture $\rightarrow$ Alpha Build $\rightarrow$ Beta QA $\rightarrow$ Production Handover).

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, the client is granted 100% unconditional ownership of the custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created for that project.

4. Warranty & Ongoing Maintenance

All projects include complimentary bug fix support as outlined in your selected tier (1 to 6 months). This warranty covers issues arising directly from UdyogNext's codebase. Third-party cloud outages, hosting vendor changes, or client code modifications are not covered under standard warranty.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India. The courts of Dausa / Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
